One of my latest hobby is cooking these days. I like to do experiments and thus i made a lot of dishes myself . Somehow it gives me a creative pleasure, which i have forgotten these days. My recipies aren’t that special. It mostly has some Chinese and South Asian flavor inside, as i love Chinese and South Asian food.
I believe cooking is an art, but the amount of salt and spices have to be in correct proportion. The recipie can end in a garbage otherwise. And looks …. of a food is something , that makes you want to try the food at least once. So a special importance goes to garnishing and the color of the food while cooking.
And of-course the food also has to be nutritious. A food without vitamin , protien or any other food values is nothing but a junk. At the end we eat so that we can live. So why not eat yummy delicious food with a good nutrition value in it. So long live our cooks who come out with many many such recipies which can give us both taste and nutrition. And long live my cooking too.
